Terms and Conditions


Effective as of 01/01/2026

Estimates terms and conditions: 

Thank you for your business! All sales are final and agreed to by accepting the services offered in this contract. Amount is due upon pickup unless prior agreement is made. Please note: Vehicles not picked up after 3 days are subject to a $50 a day storage fee unless prior agreement is made. By accepting the estimate and/or picking up your vehicle post work performed, you hereby agree to terms and conditions listed here, which include but are not limited to: agreement to arbitrate over litigation, all sales are final, and the terms and conditions may change at any time. Vehicles may be posted online to social media or other means of digital posting, the customer must inform the contractor in advance of the service if they do not desire to have their vehicle posted in any manor.I hereby authorize the repair work therein set forth to be done by A&G Customs, together with the furnishing of A&G Customs or customer for supply of required parts, supplies, and other required materials deemed needed for such repairs and you agree: A&G Customs is not responsible for any delays caused by unavailability or delayed availability of required items for service; that you neither assume or authorize any persons to assume for you any liability in connection with such repair, that you shall not be responsible for loss or damage to the above vehicle, or articles left therein; in case of fire, theft, or other cause beyond A&G Customs control; that a mechanics lien is hereby acknowledged on the above vehicle to secure the amount of repairs thereto; that your employees may operate the above vehicle on streets, highways, or elsewhere for the purpose of testing and/or inspecting such vehicle. We reserve the right to repossess any vehicle if payment is due and owing and hold the vehicle with storage costs until the balance is paid in full. Estimates are valid for 30 days, any approvals after may be subject to parts and/or labor increases or decreases. 

Disclaimer: We bill on a weekly billing cycle so everyone can stay on the same page. When payments are not rendered on time, the job will be moved out of rotation until current. A parts deposit will be taken for any large or long term services.

Any returned checks are subject to a $50.00 fee. 


Policies & Other Conditions: 

Deposit and work process: 

For the initial deposit, we require [AMOUNT] upfront to cover the cost of parts, along with a small contingency buffer to account for any potential price increases or availability changes that may occur after the initial estimate is prepared. In addition, [AMOUNT] will be applied toward initial labor to allow work on the project to begin.

Parts typically take approximately 7–12 business days to arrive once ordered. After all required parts are received, the mechanical portion of the work is estimated to take approximately [NUMBER] weeks to complete. To keep you informed, you will receive a progress update via email at the end of each week. Periodically, photo updates will also be sent via text message. Should any unexpected issues arise during the process, we will notify you promptly and discuss next steps as needed. Our goal is to maintain clear and consistent communication throughout the duration of your project.

A&G operates on a weekly billing schedule. At the conclusion of each work week, payment for that week’s completed labor and any additional parts will be requested. Payments may be submitted through the provided payment link or via any other accepted payment methods. Please note that failure to submit payment in a timely manner (within five days) may result in the project being placed on hold. Any work placed on hold may be rescheduled and returned to the queue, which could result in delays to the overall project timeline. 


Labor Disclaimer: 

All labor times are estimates based on our initial inspection for what is seen and known at the time of starting. Actual labor will be billed as performed under A&G’s weekly billing policy. Additional repairs or parts may be required due to hidden, inaccessible, or age-related conditions that cannot be identified during the initial estimate, and may only become apparent as work progresses. Parts pricing and availability are subject to change over time. Any additional labor or parts will be disclosed for customer approval when possible prior to proceeding. Delays in approval or payment may result in work being placed on hold and rescheduled. 


Auto Body/Paint Services: 

By signing below, the customer acknowledges the following:

Visual Inspection: I have personally inspected the vehicle and the repairs listed on Invoice #          . The repairs are completed to my satisfaction.

Paint Match & Alignment: I am satisfied with the color match, finish, and the alignment of any replaced body panels.

Personal Property: I have inspected the interior and exterior of my vehicle and confirm that all personal property is present and no new damage has occurred while the vehicle was in the shop's care.

Old Parts: (If any) I waive my right to the return of any replaced parts (unless previously requested in writing).

Please note that new paint requires 90 days to fully cure; do not use car washes, wax, ceramic coating, buffing, or other chemicals during this period. See attached list for paint aftercare instructions, failure to follow these instructions may result in paint damage at no fault to the shop.

Paint Aftercare: 

Paint Aftercare Instructions/Tips: 

Your paint is fresh! Meaning it will still be curing to a degree over the next 6-10 weeks. It is important that you are mindful of the new paint and follow proper procedures to keep it best because the surface is still soft and easily damaged. 

While it is not a guarantee anything will happen to the paint, we recommend the following: 

Do Not: 

- Use any harsh chemicals 

- Go through a car wash; especially touch car washes 

- Apply any protectant coatings; PPF, ceramic, wax, etc. 

- Get the vehicle wrapped 

- Use car covers for at least four weeks 

- Avoid gravel roads or rough terrain if possible 

- Park in harsh elements for long periods of time 

Do: 

- Use dawn dish soap if needed for washing purposes 

- Be careful with paint, use gentle clothes (microfibers) to wipe off/clean by hand, air, or fan dry

- Dry properly 

- Wax your car roughly 90 days after paint 

- Consider ceramic coating after 120 days to protect the paint and create a durable effect

- Park in the shade if you’re able too
